Minimum Orders: Minimum order values and/or quantities apply and are specified at the time of ordering. Orders below the stated minimum may not be accepted or may incur a surcharge.

Standard lead time is 3-5 working days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom, branded, or bespoke products may require extended production timelines. Orders are only confirmed once written confirmation has been issued.

All orders must be submitted in writing via email or approved ordering platform. Amendments or cancellations must be made no later than 48-hours before the delivery time prior to dispatch. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

All prices are quoted in AED and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations in raw materials. Contracted pricing will be honoured for the agreed term only.

New B2B customers may be required to pay in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of supply.

Delivery charges apply unless otherwise agreed. Risk transfers to the client upon delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

All products must be stored according to the storage instructions provided. Lime Tree Café & Kitchen is not liable for quality deterioration resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the issue relates to quality or incorrect fulfilment. Claims must be supported with batch codes, photos, and details within 24 hours of delivery.

Product specifications, weights, and portion sizes are provided as guidelines and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products. Seasonal substitutions may occur where necessary, maintaining equivalent quality.

Product names, recipes, and branding remain the intellectual property of Lime Tree Café & Kitchen and may not be replicated or rebranded without written consent.
